Train Like a Dancer
Launching our brand new “Train like a Dancer” Program! We will take you through Dance Cardio, Pilates, and Yoga to give you the inside look on Inferno Dance Co’s all inclusive regimen to keeping our dancers’ bodies AND minds strong.
We will work on stamina, strength, balance and flexibility to keep you well rounded. Every class will begin with a dance focused cardio class to get the heart rate up and body warm.
The middle of the class will be focused on pilates which will strengthen, tone and stabilize muscles and joints. Class slows down with a yoga stretch to lengthen and lean out your muscles and finish with a mindful meditation moment to set yourself up for a beautiful rest of your day.
